I. Processing of personal data<\/p>\n\n

Service www.bungeelodz.pl – hereinafter referred to as the “Service” – are processed by Bungee Lodz Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a (registered office and mailing address: ul.<\/p>\n\n

Court Register under KRS:0001006722; NIP:7252326199, which provides services<\/p>\n\n
in Lodz at. Bandurskiego 7, 94-020 Lodz (email: biuro@bungeelodz.pl ),<\/p>\n\n
which is the controller of such data within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997<\/p>\n\n

(2) Personal data entrusted by customers, in particular name, address, address<\/p>\n\n

5 The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the RODO – Regulations<\/p>\n\n
European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016\/679 of April 27, 2016. on<\/p>\n\n
protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the<\/p>\n\n
the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95\/46\/EC<\/p>\n\n
II. Safety rules<\/p>\n\n
1. the Service ensures the security of personal data through appropriate measures<\/p>\n\n
technical and organizational, the purpose of which is to prevent unlawful<\/p>\n\n
data processing and their accidental loss, destruction and damage.<\/p>\n\n
The service takes due care to ensure that information containing personal data:<\/p>\n\n

2 The customer, for their safety, should:<\/p>\n\n
a. Log out of the Service at the end of each session. Logging out of the site<\/p>\n\n
Internet will occur after clicking the “Logout” button;<\/p>\n\n
b. keep the login and password to the account confidential, including, in particular, not to transfer<\/p>\n\n
data (login, password) to any third party;<\/p>\n\n
c. use anti-virus software and regularly scan the disk in the<\/p>\n\n

d. use the Service only through trusted computers or other<\/p>\n\n
devices on which only verified software is installed.<\/p>\n\n

III. Technical information<\/p>\n\n
(1) When the Customer uses the Service on a terminal device (computer,<\/p>\n\n
smartphone, tablet, etc.) small files (especially text files) are saved,<\/p>\n\n
containing information necessary for the proper use of the Website, so-called. files<\/p>\n\n
cookies. By storing these files on the device, it is possible to m. in. data storage<\/p>\n\n
login, so that the customer does not have to, for example, enter the login and password each time. Thanks to<\/p>\n\n
cookies make it possible for the Service to collect statistical data, which makes it possible to<\/p>\n\n
