Regulations for the sale of Vouchers for bungee jumping

“Bungee Boat”.

§ 1 Definitions

The terms used in the body of these Regulations have the meanings given below:

1 Proof of Payment – a fiscal receipt, invoice or bank statement,

§ 2 General provisions

1 The Regulations are effective as of January 1, 2021.

§ 3 Terms of use

§ 4 Activation

(1) Vouchers and E-Vouchers are secured by a unique voucher number. At

§ 6 Exchange of Voucher or E-Voucher

§ 7 Rights of consumers to withdraw from the contract

§ 8 Complaints

defects under the provisions of the Civil Code.

§ 10 Liability
